It mounts using self adhesive velcro pads (provided) on any flat clean surface in a clean dry environment.

There are two selectable measuring channels
IN - senses temperature from its own built in sensor
OUT - Senses temperature from a sensor on the end of its 3 meter lead, which can be submersed in water

It also has a Max Min feature with audible alarm which you can use as a warning for the temperature getting too high and or Low

Range: -50°C To +70°C
Accuracy: +/- 1.0C from 0C to +50C +/-2.0C elsewhere
